Sports Massage in Sheffield.

Targeted soft tissue work for bodies that need it. Not a spa. Not relaxation. Specific, purposeful work on the bits that are stiff, achy, tight, or run down.

Open to everyone. Not just athletes. Especially not just athletes.

01Who books

You don't need to be an athlete.

Sports massage is for anyone whose body feels:

  • Tight or stuck in specific areas
  • Achy after training
  • Tense from work or stress
  • Slow to recover from sessions
  • Like it needs maintenance before something flares
  • Wrecked from long hours at a desk or on the tools
02What happens

A real session.

Quick chat about what's bothering you and what's been going on. Then targeted soft tissue work on the areas that need it. Pressure adjusted to what your body actually responds to. Mobility advice at the end if it's useful.

You'll feel it for a couple of days. That's normal. That's the point.

03vs Physio

Sports massage or physio?

Sports massage is great for general tightness, recovery, and ongoing maintenance.

Physiotherapy is for when there's a specific injury, a specific question, or you want a proper assessment and rehab plan.

If you're not sure, the booking guide will help, or just call.

FAQ Stuff people ask

Common questions.

Is it the same as deep tissue massage?

Lots of overlap. Sports massage is more targeted and goal-driven. The work itself adapts to your body either way.

Will it hurt?

There's discomfort in tight spots. Should never be unbearable. Communication matters.

How often should I book?

Once every 4 to 6 weeks for general maintenance. More if you're training hard.

Can I book sports massage if I have a specific injury?

You can, but for an actual injury, physio is probably the better booking. Massage helps. A real plan helps more.
